Hi Liechtenstein!
The Principality of Liechtenstein offers a variety of leisure activities to suit every taste. The country's location and topography open up numerous opportunities to relax in nature. A wide range of cultural activities, many clubs and a modern infrastructure make Liechtenstein a popular outdoor and leisure paradise.
The Alpine state offers a wide variety of leisure activities in both summer and winter. The unspoiled nature and numerous leisure facilities provide fun and relaxation for all ages. Summer in Liechtenstein is synonymous with hiking on over 400 km of well-developed and signposted hiking trails for all levels. Sporty mountain bike tours are also possible right on the doorstep, as are leisurely cycling excursions on a network of around 350 km of cycle paths. A dip in the cool waters of the Mühleholz outdoor pool in Vaduz or the Grossabünt bathing lake in summer is of course a must.
In winter, Liechtenstein's inner-Alpine mountain world is particularly attractive with the winter sports resort of Malbun, which is geared towards families and connoisseurs, as well as the cross-country skiing and winter hiking paradise of Steg. The pistes in Malbun range from challenging to easy and are ideal for the whole family.
Cultural life in Liechtenstein is characterized by its extraordinary diversity and broad impact. Today, it is both actively shaped and actively used by many sections of the population. Those interested in art will also find an offering in the Principality that is capable of satisfying high expectations. For example, the Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein, where temporary exhibitions by internationally renowned artists are shown, or the TAK Theater Liechtenstein, where drama, dance, cabaret, readings and music delight audiences.
