Digitalization is increasingly shaping the economy, society and politics in Liechtenstein and is seen as an important driver for the country's future viability. In order to understand how the population perceives this change, the University of Liechtenstein conducted a representative population survey in Liechtenstein for the second time on behalf of digital-liechtenstein.li 2024. The first population survey was conducted in 2022.

The study sheds light on the current status of the digital transformation, the opportunities and challenges as well as the perceived need for development in key areas of action of Liechtenstein's digital roadmap. It shows how attitudes, expectations and skills have changed since the first survey and provides impetus for politics, business and society.
