From interior design to business administration

Sarah Reich lives in Widnau and commutes daily by car to Vaduz, where she works at Neue Bank. Her professional career began in interior design, where she worked as an office manager for nine years. However, her desire to become more involved in business management led her to undertake further training to become a qualified business economist HF. This new qualification opened the doors to the world of finance and organization for her. After graduating, she found an exciting professional challenge as a management assistant at Neue Bank.

"I particularly appreciate the friendly and committed team here," says Sarah Reich. "The working atmosphere is really excellent. I really like my area of responsibility as it is extremely varied." She has particularly fond memories of her involvement in the new design of the reception area, an element of her previous work in interior design that she is still passionate about. "It was a wonderful opportunity to use my creative skills to shape the first impression customers get when they enter Neue Bank," she adds.

As part of her duties, Sarah Reich assumes responsibility in various areas. This includes the planning and implementation of internal events as well as the preparation of management meetings and the coordination of appointments. "I see myself as a central interface in the company. Every day brings new challenges and variety, which makes my job very exciting," she explains.

Being responsible for two members of the Executive Board makes her coordination work complex at times, but it is precisely this challenge that makes her work so varied and fascinating. "It's a constant balancing act, but when everything goes well and I see the team working together successfully, that's the greatest reward for me," says Sarah Reich.

Sarah Reich has also recently entered a new phase in her private life. Together with her partner, she has decided to get a small dog. "Leni was ten weeks old when we took her in and she enriches our lives in a wonderful way. Thanks to my part-time job, I have enough time to look after her intensively. Our walks in the countryside have become even more frequent as a result - there's nothing better than spending time outdoors and enjoying the dog's company."

Creativity plays a major role in Sarah Reich's life, both professionally and privately. At home, she puts her passion for design and interior design into practice, particularly when renovating her own home. "Here I can realize my creative ideas and create my own little project, which is a very fulfilling way for me to express myself creatively." She finds it exciting to combine professional and private creative elements and to constantly develop new ideas.
