Our debut at the Female Future Festival in Munich made one thing clear: there is enormous interest in Liechtenstein as a business and employment hub in southern Germany. We look back on a day full of energy and excellent discussions.

Why Liechtenstein? In addition to its business-friendly policies, the focus was primarily on three key benefits for the participants:

✅ A premier career destination: As a place to work, Liechtenstein boasts a concentration of global market leaders and innovative niche players that is hard to find anywhere else. What has surprised many is the combination of exciting high-tech jobs with a natural setting and over 400 km of hiking trails—a combination that truly makes a healthy work-life balance possible.

✅ Action over red tape: Female entrepreneurs are looking for solutions, not obstacles. The fact that you can actually speak to someone in person at government offices in Liechtenstein and that quick, direct communication is the norm was a key factor for many in their decision to learn more about the location.

✅ Planning certainty through stability: In uncertain times, Liechtenstein stands out for its political stability, the Swiss franc as a stable currency, and its unique dual market access (Switzerland & the EEA)—a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
